Our Sicilian tour brings us to Catania (here the pics of Catania) where we find Zash Boutique Hotel: an old renovated Palmento on the slopes of Volcano Etna.
This place smells of earth, lava, sea and traditions, with a touch of minimal modern style in total respect of tradition.
The Palmento, the ancient large tanks where the wine is pressed, is the heart of this place and the whole manor house has been built around it.
Inside it you’ll find the restaurant where the lava stone is the king, and where the cuisine is lead by a Michelin star chef.
In the interior photography project, the images of the rooms with a minimal and modern style had to blend with those of the original structure, the main house, the palmento and the citrus grove.
Each room has simple and design details, and overlooks an exterior that recalls ancient background.
Creating a collection of interior photography images that matches the essentials of white spaces on one hand, and all the colors of Sicily on the other, was an aesthetic, value-driven and experiential goal.
At Zash Boutique Hotel, the place is experienced in all its dimensions, including the photographic experience.
